In 2019, Platform 09 embarked on a remarkable journey with the theme “Discovering Sense,” aiming to forge a profound connection between visitors and the sensory marvels of Fujairah’s nature, evoking a spectrum of emotions.

Each of these towers offered a physical experience suitable for the entire family, each bearing evocative names such as Solar, Horizon, Atmosphere, Wind, Shadow, Mirage, Energy, Tide, and Flora. Within this mesmerising landscape, the event served as a powerful platform for 90 Arab businesswomen to showcase and sell their products, bolstering entrepreneurship and economic empowerment.

However, “Discovering Sense” was not just about sensory exploration; it was also an opportunity to give back to the community. The event proudly supported Ewaa, a charity dedicated to Sheltering & Humanitarian Care, highlighting the profound impact that the union of art, nature, and charity can have on people’s lives.

To enrich the occasion further, the event featured an illustrious lineup of guest speakers, including Manuel Arneut, Vogue’s Editor-in-Chief, the inspirational Hala Kazim, the charismatic Lojain Omran, the influential Mai Nahhas, and the amazing Mouza Al Hameli.

Their presence and insights added layers of depth and inspiration to an event that seamlessly blended the wonders of Fujairah’s nature, the entrepreneurial spirit, and the spirit of giving, encapsulating the essence of “Discovering Sense.”
