Refund

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, subject to management approval.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days

Returns

Tickets cannot be returned once purchased, the ticket is only redeemable as per the attendee name.

Replacement

Tickets cannot be replaced or transferred to other visitors, a new ticket will need to be issued for a new visitor.
